KAP - Kundalini Activation Process is a direct transmission of kundalini (lifeforce) energy. Words fall short in describing the experience - it must be experienced to be fully understood.

As KAP is an embodiment practice it relieves us of our cognitive attachments, allowing us to drop into a much deeper space of universal intelligence and consciousness where phenomena can occur (more info on common experiences/effects below).

✰⋆ The KAP Journey

Everyone's experience and KAP journey is different, but most attendees report an extremely powerful experience even in their first session, which deepens and evolves over time.

During KAP one can experience anything from energetic pulsations and surges, emotional release, catharsis, spontaneous movement, vivid visuals, and bliss states that connect us to a higher consciousness.

In a time when we have become so reliant on external technologies, remedies, and medicines, KAP reminds us and offers us accelerated access to our "internal technology" and reservoir of energy to expand, awaken, transcend and heal. Deep healing is a native capacity.

All you need to do is to lie on a yoga mat whilst music is played, & the facilitator will at times activate meridian points over your body and facilitate the flow of energy.

No previous experience is required. Come with an open mind and intention to surrender to the process.

Ideally, try to eat lightly before the session & drink plenty of water.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
