My 4 plugs arrived and I finished setting up 3 of the 4. The 4th plug will not updated to the newest firmware. The first 3 have been updated to v1.2.0.206. It says it’s firmware is v1.2.0.53. So every time I open up in the app it says Firmware Update Required. Even when it’s unplugged. This is annoying. I’ve tried updating the plug 5 times already and it says to try updating again.

My Wyze plug 2021 is on firmware 1.2.0.126. The Wyze app says a firmware update is available, and I have attempted to update it numerous times; however, the update fails repeatedly. The plug still works as normal and can be controlled via the app. I have power cycled it several times.

I turned off cellular data. Left on Bluetooth and WIFI. Then it worked on iphone 11.

For some reason the Wyze Switch is not able to update the firmware. I have tried two different switches. It connects to my router just fine and the “RouteThis” app states there is a DLS of 436.9 and a ULS 31.1. It just times out for some reason. From the iphone app I can turn the light on and off but doing anything more than that it requires a firmware update and does nothing but fail.
