  Bought abike for the grandson they were great fitting him upto the rite size safety equipment sales guy for the bike was great also what Ilike best the sales guys never come around trying tosell you any thing until you ask and you can browse and dream all you want!

  Please read the reviews before taking anything here toget serviced. Seams like they're good atchanging tires. Itook mydaughters side xside here for what they said was aneasy fix and it'd bedone inabout 3weeks. Itried calling after 3weeks with noanswer. Drove into see about itand they forgot toput iton the schedule. After 4months Ipicked itup and took itto another place which had itfixed the next day

  These guys are top notch. Ibroke down while ona trip. Called these guysup, they were able tofind atire toreplace mybadone, noticed mybrakes were about togo out and got itall fixed and ata really reasonable price. They even hooked meup with the discount they were running even though Iknew nothing aboutit.

  Solid work, really happy with this experience.

  Terrible, Iwould buy anything from there! Webought our son anelectric 4wheeler for his4, birthday. Got ithome and didn'trun, they “fixed it” four times. Myson rode ittwice. They even lost itat one point. The manager trying tohelp usget anew one convenient “got another job”. Orwas she fired for trying todo the right thing!! And the thing isthe stupid thing, still doesn't work tothisday! They outright refused togive usa newone. They don't stand behind their products and they can't fix anything! Buyers beware!!… – show

  Went there for ahonda crf125. All they had was ssr bikes. IfI wanted aChinese bike Iwould order iton Amazon. What ajoke ofa world ofpower sports. You lost another customer left wing pansies!!!

  Customer service and communication was non existent…. Ifyou are wanting tobuy from aplace that truly cares about the overall customer experience wetruly wouldn’t recommend this location, UPDATE: Iactually called the GMRick the following day ofthe company and hemade several things right delivering parts toour house ina matter ofhours sothere are some positive things aswell

  Wow, justwow!! First, meand myhusband goover tolook ata 22can-am ryker and they tell uswe can't test drive ituntil weshow proof ofmoney tocover bike. Wego back next night with cashier check and they can't find the keys. After 30minutes ofwaiting while they look, Ifinally get totest driveit. Idecided tobuyit. About 3weeks later Ireceived the title inthe mail, which was supposed togo tomy bank. Then Icall them about forgetting toadd the bank, Ihad totake the title tothe dmv myself toget fixed (they did refund methe money). Then Icall the day before Idrop bike off for anoil change only and tomake sure they had down itwas oil change only. Didn't even ask memy name for service. The lady that answers the phone isextremely rude, nothankyou, hold ona minute while Itransferyou. Call topay for mybike over the phone and they charge me279dollars cause they did the full service which wasn't due for 5000more miles. Gopick bike upand goto gas station toput gas init. Just finish putting gas init and itstarts pouring out ofthe over flow, myhusband, afriend and astranger had totear mybike apart ingas station parking lot cause they cross threaded thecap. Worst experience ever. Wewill never recommend them tonoone. Iwill befinding somewhere else totake mybike for services.… – show

  I want tosay itwas around three years ago that Itook mybike there toget the carbs rebuilt. Iknow Iwrote areview atthe time about the service Ireceived (funny how itis not showing now)

  Three weeks after dropping mybike ofto get the carbs rebuilt Iwent tocheck onthe progress because Ihadn't heard anything. Iwas informed atthat time, that because ofthe age ofmy bike they could not find acarb rebuild kit todo mybike with (They never called toinform meof this atall). Inth

  e amount oftime ittook the service manager totell methat they could not find acarb rebuild kit for mybike Iwas able toto locate and order the kit onmy phone. (incompetent tosay the least) They are suppose tobe akawasaki parts dealer but couldn't find the kawasaki parts tofix mybike, and average Joe “me” could?

  They kept coming upwith new problems that needed tobe addressed onmy bike every time Iwent totry topick itup.

  In theend, the simple carb rebuild that Itook mybike into get done took almost SIX MONTHS and several hundred dollars tocomplete, and Iuse the term complete loosely because mybike has never run right since Itook itto them inthe first place.

  After multiple occasions oftrying toreach someone ina authority and being put onhold, ignored and hung upon Igaveup. Good one onthe part ofPeoria Power Sports. Kudos ona job well done (ripping meoff that is) Iwouldn't recommend this place tosomeone Ihated. There are too many bike shops inthe area that know how totreat acustomer awhole lot better than Peoria Power Sports. (To befair though, you guys are not really setting the bar that high.)
