Thank glob I got phone insurance!!! My battery is not holding a charge so I when to @Verizon and they are sending me a new iPhone 7+📱tomorrow only bad thing is it’s not going to be red it’s going to be black but upside it will have more storage. From 128 to 256.

Leaving my T-Mobile burner iPhone and Verizon iPad with relatives because AT&T’s disaster planning seems it acceptable to take BOTH networks down...unreal. This is a major city in the US and where they are headquartered. Beyond shameful.

I said I Do (sort of), we’re on the same phone plan now! Also, I’m switching back to AT&T from being on Verizon the last 3 years or so. Verizon wasn’t bad, all carriers have dead zones, but living in Dallas I’ve learned AT&T is the best place to be.

Quick note about @Sprint’s #5G network. It’s not using mmWave like Verizon, so while there’s a small chance of hitting peak speeds of 1Gbps, Sprint said to expect more than 100Mbps, consistently. Subscribers get 30Mbps on LTE typically, so it should be 5x faster. @DigitalTrends

Dealing with @Verizon is literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Everyone who chats with me is anonymous; they drop the chat and claim they “need more information” (which is code for dropping the ball). No one takes ownership, and my issue remains unresolved.

@COWCATGames They recently repaved the street here, a perfect time to do it. It would have save tens of thousands of dollars to do it, but they just gave up on us. It also didn't help that Verizon sold the phone lines several years ago.
